Moderator & Speaker – Trevor Graham is the writer/director & co-producer of Chef Antonio’s Recipes for Revolution. He’s been a filmmaker for over 35 years, producing works that inspire social inclusion and change. He fell in love with the people in this film and travelled to and from Italy over a 3-year period to direct it.
Speaker – Dr Rhonda Faragher is an Associate Professor in Inclusive Education at the University of Queensland. Beyond mathematics education, she has expertise in inclusive education in a range of contexts, including secondary classrooms. Dr Faragher is the Director of the Down Syndrome Research Program within the School of Education.
Speaker - Andrea Comastri Founding Director of Hotel Etico Australia. Andrea is focussed on establishing Hotel Etico as a leading example of innovation in the sector, providing opportunities to young people with intellectual disabilities as well as challenging the wider community to see both the human and economic value of an inclusive society that focuses on abilities rather than disabilities. Andrea is a passionate believer in the transformative power of the social enterprise sector.
Speaker – Michael Cox who is a member of the Queensland Down Syndrome Advisory Network, supported by Christina Ranck from Down Syndrome Queensland.
