New Farm Cinemas 4pm Saturday 11 December.

Leo now Lea, a Filipino transgender comes home for the first time after years of working and living in Australia. She anxiously decides to meet her children at the airport. But his ex-wife Baby raises hell upon finding out the inconspicuous scheme. Tension escalates and they end up in a custody battle over their children in court.

Leo confesses that he left his family 3 years ago when he was transitioning. He used to work as an Overseas Filipino Worker in a massage clinic in Brisbane. Baby, on the other hand, is in a dubious relationship with an Australian farmer she just met in an online dating site. Lea wants to have the custody of their children because Baby will jeopardize their fate once he marries the Australian farmer.

Eventually the court rules in favor of Baby as the nurturing mother who undoubtedly took good care of the children while Leo/Lea was living a double life in Australia. The judge also considers the ground of homosexuality as a disadvantage for Leo/Lea to keep her children.

Three months pass by, and the predictable fate of Baby shakes her to her core. The Australian farmer dumps her all black and blue in the welfare center for migrants. She calls Lea in Perth for help. She turns over her children to Lea until she finds work and becomes financially stable. But Lea treacherous defies her trust, she calls the authorities on his way home, reporting Baby’s illegal status subject to deportation.
